1. General By purchasing from DriveHub ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these terms. We sell automotive accessories and lifestyle products to customers in South Africa.

2. Orders & Payment All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Payment is required in full before dispatch.

3. Shipping & Delivery We deliver within South Africa. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds You may return unused, unopened items within 7 days of receipt in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Items must not be damaged or installed.

5. Warranty Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. We do not cover damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse.

6. Limitation of Liability DriveHub is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

7. Privacy Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
